Elderberry seed oil is a greenish and cold-pressed oil. Elderberry seed oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (more than 75%) and also contains carotenoids, glykosidic compounds and flavonoids.
Applications:
High-quality edible oil is used to refine other edible oils. Already a small quantity is sufficient to flavor food, tea and dressings.
