Origin:

The plum kernel oil is obtained by mechanical cold pressing and subsequent filtration of plum kernels from certified organic cultivation.

Characteristics and subtances:

The plum kernel oil is due to the special composition with up to 4-fold unsaturated fatty acids, proteins and minerals nutritionally a very high quality oil.

Application:

Ideal for refining and tasting desserts, desserts and jams (such as plum jam). Goes well with fruity cocktails and the preparation of special salad dressings, sauces and dips. Also applies to cake baking.
